We have two types of purchase orders:
Direct purchase order from Shanghai - China
The Local purchase order here in Ghana
Direct Purchase Order
1. Specify your option:
Colour, Gauge (Thickness), Coil width - The minimum order quantity for each set of options is 20MT. You confirm order with a deposit through a direct transfer, or a confirmed letter of credit.
2. Lead time
Production and packing is within 10-19 days of confirmed order. Shipping takes a minimum of 45 days. It is therefore advisable to plan with a minimum lead of 60 days from our factory to Ghana port.
3. Minimum order quantity per colour is 20 metric tons ( 6-8 coils per 20 feet container)
Local Purchase Order
1. Local stock option
Venus holds over a 1,000 tons of stock locally to meet the needs of all clients; with
Ten(10) colour options
Eight(8) guage options and,
Four(4) width options
We update our clients regularly with information on stock available in our Warehouse.
2. Lead Time & Payment.
A consignment is shipped every 30 - 45 days to Ghana, therefore any ordering could be planned with us ahead of time.
Payment for local stock supplies is primarily by cash/cheque.
We hope to introduce truck delivery service in the near future.
